Customization process

Step1: Requirement Discussion

Contact us and discuss the detailed ideas, send us some pictures of the products you like for our reference. This will help us better understand what kind of product style you are looking for.

Step2: Design & 3D Drawing

After communication, we will draw 3D drawings according to the customer s requirements. After confirming that there are no issues with the details, we will suggest that the customer make a 3D sample, which enables them to see the appearance, size and other details of the product in a specific way.

Step3: Mold Making

After confirming the drawings and ensuring the design is correct, the mold production stage begins. The mold production usually takes about 15 working days.

Step4: Sampling & Testing

After the mold is completed, a sample production stage is carried out before the mass production. According to the customer s specified colors and other requirements, mass production samples are produced and sent to the customer for confirmation of the samples.

Step5: Mass Production

After the samples are confirmed to be correct, mass production will commence. The delivery time will vary depending on the quantity. Generally, the delivery period is between 10 and 25 days.

Step6: Triming & Quality Inspection

After the production is completed, edge trimming, inspection, and the second vulcanization stage are carried out to ensure that the products received by the customers are of high quality.

Step7: Packing & Shipping

After the goods are confirmed to be in good condition, the packaging and shipping stages will follow. For the product packaging, our company has cooperative packaging factory that provides one-stop service.
